1. The Promoter The promoter is Heymatics, located at 9 Pine Lodge Way, Epsom, KT19 7AA ("the Promoter").

This competition is open to customers aged 18 years or over who have purchased a Heymatics phone holder between 1st July 2026 (00:01 UK Time) and 1st December 2026 (23:59 UK Time).

Employees of Heymatics, their immediate family members, or anyone else connected with the creation or administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.

Qualifying orders must not have been cancelled, returned, or already refunded prior to the prize draw.
3. How to Enter To enter the competition, participants must complete all three (3) of the following steps before the closing deadline of 23:59 UK Time on 1st December 2026:

Leave a Website Review: Submit an honest review of your purchased phone holder on the official Heymatics website (www.heymatics.com). Please use the same name or email address associated with your order so we can verify your purchase. Note: Your review must be genuine and reflect your honest experience; a positive review is not required to win.

Follow on Instagram: Follow the official Heymatics Instagram account (@heymatics).

Post & Tag: Post a photo on your Instagram feed showing your Heymatics phone holder in your car, and tag @heymatics.

Note: Your Instagram profile must be set to Public so that we can view your post and verify your entry.

4. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive a full refund of the purchase price paid for their Heymatics phone holder (up to the value of the phone holder item(s) on their qualifying order, including shipping costs).

The prize is non-transferable, and no alternative prize will be offered.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout (or via an agreed alternative method if the original payment method has expired).
5. Winner Selection and Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random from all complete, eligible, and verified entries received by the closing deadline.

The winner will be announced at 5:00 PM (UK Time) on 23rd December 2026 via the official Heymatics Instagram account (@heymatics) and contacted directly via Instagram Direct Message and/or the email address associated with their order.
6. Claiming the Prize

To process the refund, the winner will need to confirm their Heymatics Order Number and the email address used at checkout.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to provide their order details within 14 days of the announcement, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

Once verified, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
7. Rights to Content (User-Generated Content)

By entering this competition and tagging @heymatics, entrants grant Heymatics a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost, share, and use the submitted photograph(s) and review text across Heymatics’ social media channels, website, and marketing materials.
8. Data Protection

Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation (UK GDPR) for the purpose of administering this competition and issuing the prize, and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter's control.
